How to Reset Your Client Area Password in WHMCS
If you’ve forgotten your client area password or simply want to update it for security reasons, you can easily reset it by following the steps below.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Navigate to your client area login page. This is usually located at:
https://yourdomain.com/clientarea.phpStep 2: Click on “Forgot Password”
Below the login form, click on the “Forgot Password?” link.
Step 3: Enter Your Email Address
Provide the email address associated with your account and click Submit.
Step 4: Check Your Email
You will receive a password reset email. Open it and click on the password reset link provided.
Step 5: Set a New Password
Enter your new password and confirm it. Make sure your password:
- Contains at least 8 characters
- Includes a mix of letters and numbers
- Uses special characters for added security
Step 6: Login with New Credentials
Once your password is updated, return to the login page and access your account using the new password.
